CigaBand Garniture Tapes are manufactured for both Cigarette and Filter making machines. The tapes are made from: (i) The Best Quality European Linen (natural fiber – physiologically safe) – (ii) Aramide (high-tech synthetic fiber, better tear resistance and high temperature resistance) – (iii) Linen & Polyester mix material.
Depending on the type of application or paper, different CigaBand tapes are recommended with the following surface texture:
- Uncoated (Plain)
- Center Coated
- Full Coated
Garniture tapes are manufactured in lengths of 1,500 to 6,000 millimeters, and widths of 10 to 55 millimeters and the Thicknesses of 0.50 to 0.75 millimeters. Please follow our enclosed tapes recommendation chart for the different types of machines (the widths can be altered according to the customer’s requirements / cigarette’s sizes)
