CigaBand Suction Tapes provide optimum running properties for a very wide range of tobacco blends. A variety of surface textures are required for the process, with different tape roughness’s (from very rough to smooth) and air permeability values. We offer a wide product range of suction tapes for different tobacco types and blends.
CigaBand suction tapes are manufactured in lengths of 1,000 to 12,000 millimeters and widths of 6 to 50 millimeters. The preferred materials being used in manufacturing suction tapes are:
(i) Polyamide Yarn (synthetic fibre)
(ii) Poly Ether Ether Ketone – PEEK Yarn (synthetic fibre)
